I SO wish I could just take the weed whacker to my hair right now!! My locs officially turned 18 months old on 6/7/10, and they are acting more like a 13-year-old child... Bratty, rebellious and unruly! Here are some pics of them before a "mini" grooming of sorts at my last retightening.

I recently snipped the "thin strings" that I saw hanging from my locks. At my last retightening a few weeks ago, my consultant did a grooming but obviously didn't touch the ends. I still have some permed ends and believed that is the cause for my strings. I clipped the strings because I didn't see the use for them. Good luck in whatever you do.
ReplyDeleteSome of my ends still look like that 3 years in! I have tried cutting but it still bunches on some. I say cutting will help it or braiding the ends. I have braided several of my own.
ReplyDeleteYou can fix locks- just use the Take Down Remover cream for taking out braids, weaves, twists or natural dreadlocks.
ReplyDeleteThe product detangles very matted tangled hair easy and safely.
It also prevents hair breakage no matter how long your braids or weaves are in. It is great for women who are transitioning to natural hair from relaxers as well.
It is not a water based or glycerine based product-so it works on every type of hair texture, every head, every time.
